Superman Workout

superman workoutI just heard about this amazing workout in honor of Christopher Reeve, whose birthday was 9/25/52.

Proper warm-up (see previous blog entries)
9 burpees
25 push-ups
52 situps
As many reps as possible in 15 minutes.

I completed 3 sets, but it was really hard.
